Job summary

CoreTek Labs is seeking a Lead DataStage Integration Support Engineer in Culver City, CA for a long-term contract. The role focuses on development, administration, production support, and maintenance of ETL processes using DataStage, with Python and SQL scripting for automation.

The ideal candidate brings 11+ years in ETL and DataStage, strong Unix scripting, and experience with Control-M, MFT, and ITSM/SLA environments. Collaboration across onshore-offshore teams is essential.

Qualifications

11+ years of ETL development and DataStage administration experience.
Proficient in UNIX shell scripting, Cron jobs, and SQL for automation.
Experience with onshore-offshore delivery, ITSM processes, and SLA management.

Responsibilities

Implement ETL processes with DataStage to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.
Manage and configure DataStage environments for performance and reliability.
Monitor ETL performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain security best practices.
Plan maintenance activities, upgrades, patches, and ensure policy compliance.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with business, technical teams and manage application support; track KPI/SLA.
