Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of DataStage/ETL development experience, preferably DataStage 11.7+.
Strong Unix/Shell scripting and SQL skills.
Experience with DB2, Sybase, and/or Oracle.
Experience with Control-M, Jira, and Bitbucket.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and development skills.
Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ETL solutions using DataStage 11.x.
Analyze and resolve data, application, and production issues via root-cause analysis.
Develop and maintain DataStage ETL jobs and Unix/Shell scripts.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve stability.
Participate in Agile requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Support production applications and resolve defects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Contribute to improvements in development tools, processes, and delivery practices.
