You will drive the development and manufacturing launch of cutting-edge datacenter hardware, collaborating with Design, Materials, and Program Management to meet design standards, quality targets, and ramp schedules. - This role requires hands-on experience guiding products from concept through development and production.
- Experience with NPI processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and manufacturability considerations.
- Experience with Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes and design updates in production.
Mansioni
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet design, material planning, and production timelines.
- Lead Design for Manufacturability reviews to ensure scalable production.
- Develop and maintain project schedules for on-time product introductions.
- Drive NPI processes and coordinate issue resolution across Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality.
- Validate production instructions and BOM documentation for manufacturability.
