Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is seeking a senior tech engagement lead in the San Jose, California area. The role combines technical authority on the account with management of the FAE team, overseeing all aspects of engagement with the customer.

The position is hybrid, reporting to Field Engineering Director and Sales teams. You will collaborate with multiple internal groups to drive performance, architecture, and platform enablement for AMD data center technologies, requiring deep x86 server

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
Experience with CPU/server architecture and HPC workloads is preferred.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the FAE team supporting the account.
Collaborate with Sales to expand platform deployments and move from evaluation to volume.
Influence architectural decisions and implement AMD data center solutions.
Provide onsite and remote engineering support through development, testing, and debugging.
