United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Databricks and Reporting for the Poland AP1000 Project.

The role is based in Reston, VA, with data-driven analytics supporting a large-scale nuclear construction program across multiple domains including Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Project Controls. You will shape analytics strategy, build enterprise-scale solutions, and drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience or 12 years with high school diploma equivalent (Level 1)
• 10+ years of professional experience or 14 years with high school diploma equivalent (Level 2)
• US Citizenship or US Permanent Residence required
• Must pass nuclear security screening and background checks

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise analytics and BI environments aligned with project execution
• Lead data engineering initiatives and scalable data pipelines
• Develop analytics, reporting, and data solutions across Safety, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Project Controls, and Commissioning & Startup
• Create KPIs, trends, forecasts, and operational intelligence using Power BI or similar tools
• Work with AI/ML/Generative AI to improve reporting, automation, forecasting
• Communicate complex technical concepts to senior management and SMEs
