Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Senior Databricks Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Data & AI Practice. You will own the full delivery lifecycle for high-impact enterprise accounts, designing scalable data foundations and GenAI solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse.

You will mentor junior engineers and drive adoption across client teams, interfacing with C-level executives. The role blends architecture, hands-on engineering, and executive client engagement in a remote-first environment with global

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on data engineering, ML, or solutions architecture.
3+ years in the Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Spark/PySpark).
Experience with GenAI/LLM deployments and vector databases.
Proven ability to lead enterprise technical delivery and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy data pipelines and GenAI applications on Databricks.
Lead enterprise client engagements and align technical delivery with business goals.
Migrate legacy workloads to Databricks Lakehouse and modernize estates.
Drive platform adoption and growth across client organizations.
Mentor solution engineers, architects, and consultants.
