Job summary

Spreedly's Reliability team seeks a senior individual contributor to own database performance and reliability in a payments-scale environment, working with CockroachDB and PostgreSQL.

You will diagnose slow queries, guide schema migrations, and own observability, backups, and capacity planning while collaborating with engineering teams to keep systems resilient and scalable.
