Oneida Innovations Group is seeking a Database Manager to lead the database team and shape the data architecture across our hospitality, gaming, enterprise, retail and service brands in the United States. Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10+ years IT experience.
• 10+ years IT experience with 2+ years as Data Architect.
• One year leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in developing data architecture for operational and data warehouse apps.
• Knowledge of big data, data lake and ETL technologies.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads data architecture planning and data flows for enterprise systems.
• Develops database design aligned with overall structure.
• Maintains data governance and architecture standards.
• Resolves data architecture issues through assessment and upgrades.
• Provides strategic leadership on enterprise data governance strategy.
• On-call support for responsible systems as needed.
