Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data field and 6+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or BI solutions.
• Strong ETL experience and Python or automation language.
• Experience with data governance processes is highly valued.
• Proficiency with large data sets and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition to centralized data ecosystem and define the required tech stack.
• Identify key data sets, own the data map, flow, and definitions.
• Support Data Governance Framework and educate stakeholders on roles.
• Create and maintain data and reporting solutions aligned with long-term strategy.
• Build scalable infrastructure for data collection, storage, and reporting.
• Interface with cloud storage services like Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Help define data models and design schemas to align datasets.
• Ensure data safety per Bank Information Security policies.
• Demonstrate GRB Experience behaviors.
