Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience and associate's degree in related field OR 3 to 5 years of progressive experience and bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Experience in programming across multiple languages and data systems is essential.
• Ability to design, maintain and document web-based data interfaces and databases.
• Knowledge of SAS data analysis workflows and GIS mapping considerations would be advantageous.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain web-based access to the NEOCANDO database and improve data access.
• Design, develop, and implement SAS programs on Windows servers for data preparation and analysis.
• Manage the center's databases, including organization, documentation, and data quality checks.
• Lead server design and policy development for secure data access and backups.
• Provide technical support for spatial analysis and GIS mapping tasks.
