• Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with HPC or distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable biomedical research and health sciences applications.
• Build backend services that integrate with large data platforms and research systems.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and curating large datasets using modern data architectures.
• Leverage Databricks and cloud platforms to process large-scale batch and streaming workloads.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and DevOps teams to deploy and operate applications in hybrid environments.
