LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Data Warehouse Technical Lead to drive design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise data warehousing solutions.

You will lead cloud-native data solutions with Snowflake and AWS, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable data platforms for Finance, Reporting, and BI. The role emphasizes hands-on data engineering, performance optimization, and production support in a hybrid environment across Austin or Fort Mill

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Advanced SQL development with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and AWS.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations for Finance, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Develop, optimize, and review complex SQL queries, data models, and warehouse structures.
• Drive cloud-native data solutions using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, MWAA, Redshift).
• Mentor data engineers and ensure data quality, governance, and security.
