Job summary

Collette is seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Architect to lead enterprise data and analytics solutions from our Pawtucket, RI headquarters in a hybrid role. You will design scalable data platforms with Snowflake, Fabric, and Matillion to enable AI-powered analytics and reporting across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in data architecture, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Azure, Power BI, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Matillion, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data platforms for enterprise reporting, analytics, AI, and data governance.
• Lead data integration; develop ELT pipelines and data models (3NF and dimensional).
• Oversee data quality, performance, and data value chain.
• Mentor engineers, analysts, and architects; drive reviews and technology strategy.
• Collaborate with governance teams for metadata, lineage, and data catalogs.
