Blue Cross NC seeks an enterprise Data Visualization Leader to guide analytics reporting and governance. You will set standards for visualization development, mentor staff, and partner with Data & Analytics leadership to drive impactful Tableau-based solutions across the organization.

This role requires 8+ years in the field, a strong background in data analysis and modeling, and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable visualization architectures that deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as thought leader and chief architect for data visualization solutions.
• Lead discovery and fact-finding to understand assignments.
• Mentor junior staff and share development best practices.
• Design high performance data visualization solutions for scalable value.
• Communicate risks and status to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
