Popular Democracy is seeking a Senior Data and Technology Manager to administer key systems within the Data and Technology Department. The role involves supporting affiliate data requests, delivering trainings, managing vendor relationships, and traveling for in-person trainings and meetings.

Expect to collaborate across staff and affiliates and to work from our DC area office or remotely with occasional travel.

Formación

• Significant experience with EveryAction and/or NGPVAN MyCampaign and the ability to connect program goals with system functionality.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Experience training users and communicating technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Background in data management, data quality, and systems administration.
• Commitment to social, racial, and economic justice and organizing.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with teammates to administer the EveryAction instance to support program needs.
• Maintain operational technology and data systems at Popular Democracy.
• Respond to data and tech requests from staff and affiliates.
• Train affiliate staff in EveryAction and data architecture adoption.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across committees and tools.
• Administer CRM and data systems (EveryAction, Salesforce, BigQuery, CARTO) as needed.
• Develop training materials and identify training needs for the network.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
