Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Global Logistics team seeks an experienced analytics leader to partner with internal customers and optimize warehouse and transportation operations through data-driven insights.

You will drive dashboards and ML/AI initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and distribution centers, collaborating with IT, Finance, Operations, and leadership to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and transportation/warehousing.
• Experience with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and analytics.
• Experience with GCP BigQuery and ETL tools like Alteryx.
• Experience using AI/ML modeling tools.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across the Global Logistics team – including opportunity analysis, implementation, and product ownership.
