Job summary

Velir, a remote-first data and analytics agency, is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Strategy to lead end-to-end client engagements with moderate to high complexity. You will guide discovery, frame roadmaps, and own governance across multiple workstreams while partnering with technical leadership.

You will assess AI readiness, data quality, governance, and semantic layers, shaping architecture decisions that deliver measurable outcomes and client value. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years leading complex data projects across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and Agile experience.
• Deep knowledge of the modern data stack and AI readiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
