Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and experience with technology implementation frameworks.
• Go-getter mindset with passion for data as a strategic asset.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and client service.
• Experience running workshops with SMEs to elicit requirements and map processes.
• Ability to set clear expectations, manage timelines, milestones, and report risks and dependencies.
• Proven multitasking and stakeholder management, even in ambiguity.
• Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting with tangible client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Engage across end-to-end project phases—from strategy to implementation.
• Define and document requirements, analyze processes, support testing, training, and rollout.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches.
• Work with partner software vendors to integrate technology into client environments.
• Own and lead tasks that advance client success and firm growth.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting.
