Job summary

Empire State Development, LLC GO-SEMI seeks a Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Analytics to lead data strategy, analytics, and reporting across GO-SEMI programs in New York. You will shape the analytics roadmap, build BI dashboards, and coordinate with IT, GIS, and external partners to translate data into actionable guidance for leadership.

The role combines hands-on BI with governance, cross-program analysis, and executive reporting to inform workforce, site readiness, and investment decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, statistics, GIS, economics, public policy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, CRM implementation, or related work.
• Ability to build dashboards, improve data quality, and translate analysis for non-technical decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a prioritized data and reporting roadmap.
• Link records across recruitment, supplier readiness, sites, and workforce programs.
• Define data needs for integration with partner systems and ensure reliable reporting.
