• 84+ months of relevant experience guiding large teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, or Civil Engineering with transportation focus, or CDMP.
• Strong data governance, policy, and standards experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the TSMO data governance strategy, roadmap, charter, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Establish lifecycle requirements for real-time streaming data and historical archiving.
• Set data quality metrics, thresholds, profiling processes, and audit practices.
• Develop and maintain a data catalog and business glossary with definitions, lineage, ownership.
• Promote compliance with transportation data standards (NTCIP, GTFS, spatial standards).
• Establish privacy safeguards, access roles, and secure sharing protocols.
