Jobtailor in Minnesota seeks a Senior Reporting & Analytics Lead to direct a team of analysts delivering recurring and business‑as‑usual reporting with timeliness, accuracy, and strong monitoring of automated workflows.

You will promote technical growth across reporting tools, data platforms, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions, and drive sustainable practices through code reviews and version control. Collaborate with risk and audit to ensure reliable data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 10 years of experience in data delivery and validation.
• Expert knowledge of Python and SAS.
• 5 or more years of leadership experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships across levels of the organization.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate data insights to senior management and peers.
• Experience designing logic to transform data into consumable intelligence for stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing, testing, and auditing data.
• Knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.
• Advanced Microsoft applications skills focusing on Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to deliver recurring and business‑as‑usual reporting with timeliness, accuracy, and monitoring of automated workflows.
• Promote technical skill growth across reporting tools, data platforms, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Drive initiatives to improve reporting sustainability through standardized procedures, code reviews, version control and software development best practices.
• Support risk management, regulatory exams, and audit activity through controlled reporting processes and reliable data delivery.
• Provide governance for reporting processes, including validation, documentation, backups, repeatability, and control readiness.
