Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in New York City is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Direct-to-Consumer team. You will analyze data, extract insights, and craft high‑level presentations for executives.

You will answer critical questions, determine the best methods, and present findings that drive informed strategic decisions. You will partner with stakeholders across the org to improve data modeling, visualization, and reporting, ensuring clear narratives and actionable

Qualifications

5+ years of analytical experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders in a matrixed org.
Strong familiarity with data platforms (Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Redshift, Airflow).
Experience with data exploration and visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Chartio).
Ability to define data requirements, data strategies, and data rules.
Excellent communication and storytelling with data for exec audiences.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to evaluate risks and provide timely recommendations.
Strategic thinking with market and consumer data interpretation.
Understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing and regression.
