Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7+ Years of experience in business analysis aligned with this role.
• Strong SQL skills with usage across various platforms.
• Confident, clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels of management.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple projects under deadlines.
• Strong relationship management with internal clients.
• Understanding of cloud services and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for Life production environment, resolving issues and data discrepancies.
• Define requirements and use cases for strategic initiatives.
• Drive data delivery strategy across agile teams and contribute to data roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to align data solutions with governance standards.
• Lead data stewardship focusing on architecture, lineage, and quality.
• Support AI-ready data capabilities by identifying data gaps.
• Champion continuous improvement of processes and reporting.
• Serve as advisor to partners and project teams to enable delivery.
