Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC seeks a Senior Data Specialist II to support eDiscovery for a large federal initiative in Washington, DC. You will handle file loading, data exports, QA, and document management using industry tools.

Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and paralegals, ensuring ESI specifications, and coordinating with the client’s technology center. A relevant undergraduate degree is preferred and two years in eDiscovery are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with litigation discovery processes and EDRM workflow.
• Knowledge of government IT environments and office automation.
• Familiar with document review software and encryption methods.
• Two years in eDiscovery roles including data processing and QA.

Responsibilities

• Perform file manipulation, loading, conversion, and quality checks.
• Develop procedures for manipulating files for COTS products and litigation aids.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications.
• Export data from databases with redactions and quality checks.
• Support attorneys, investigators, and paralegals; manage document review databases.
• Coordinate with client technology teams on outsourced litigation projects.
• Modify files for use with litigation support applications.
