Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior data analytics professional to drive capability enablement across business products and services. You will translate complex business needs into detailed data requirements, create datasets, dashboards, and analytical deliverables, and mentor junior analysts.

You will lead multi-team initiatives, assess risks, ensure regulatory considerations, and provide strategic direction in data and technology.

Qualifications

• 7 years of IS/IT experience.
• 5 years of experience in Process Improvement.
• 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• 3 years of experience in Health Insurance Industry.
• 3 years of experience in Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead in working with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive data and reporting solutions for complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related challenges across project phases and deliver data-driven insights.
• Provide business and SME expertise for project and production activities on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners, vendors, technical staff and project teams to drive value and ROI.
• Lead in supporting requirements testing, including testing plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Communicate with team members, customers, partners and management; conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
