Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data and reporting initiatives across complex programs. You will translate business needs into detailed data requirements, develop data sets and analytical deliverables, and mentor junior analysts.

The role requires expert data understanding, strong communication, and the ability to guide projects from discovery to delivery while ensuring compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead with customers and cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and drive data and reporting solutions on complex issues.
• Collaborate with teams to proactively identify data-related challenges across project phases and deliver data-driven insights.
• Provide SME guidance for project and production activities on complex issues and strategic programs.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with stakeholders to drive value, ROI and innovative solutions while analyzing costs and benefits.
• Support requirements testing and defect analysis to minimize production defects and tie results to customer impact.
• Communicate effectively with customers, partners and management, including walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.
