Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior data analyst/lead to support analytical aspects of the business products and services lifecycle. You will translate complex business needs into detailed data requirements, develop data sets, and create operational reports and dashboards while mentoring other analysts.

You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and capability managers to deliver high‑quality data solutions and ensure regulatory risk considerations are addressed.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in IS/IT.
• 5 years of experience in Process Improvement.
• 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• 3 years of experience in Health Insurance Industry.
• 3 years of experience in Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead with customers and cross‑functional teams to capture capability needs and drive data/reporting solutions.
• Collaborate across project phases to identify data challenges and drive insights.
• Provide SME input for project and production activities on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards and approvals throughout the lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners and vendors to drive value and ROI.
• Lead requirements testing and document results linked to customer impact.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and conduct requirement walkthroughs and reviews.
• Provide thought leadership in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.
