Job summary

enGen is seeking a data/analytics professional to manage data products and reporting solutions. You will translate business data needs into detailed requirements, collaborate with customers and engineers, and ensure quality delivery across the data lifecycle.

The role emphasizes data sets, operational reports, dashboards, and risk/defect resolution with a focus on HIPAA-compliant healthcare data environments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; related experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related challenges across project phases and deliver data-driven insights.
• Support data and report delivery requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and document results.
• Assure compliance with required standards and approvals in the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
