Job summary

enGen seeks a seasoned Data Analyst to guide data and reporting capabilities across complex initiatives. You will collaborate with customers, software engineers, and capability managers to translate needs into data sets and dashboards that drive business value.

In this role you will mentor analysts and partners, ensure compliance, and lead testing and delivery quality. A strong background in analytics, SQL, and project management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers to capture needs and drive data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges across project phases.
• Provide SME support for complex project and production activities.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners, vendors, and project teams to maximize ROI and innovative solutions.
