Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Experis unit seeks a Senior Data Solutions Architect to join the Enterprise Data Platforms Advanced Analytics team in Plano, TX. You will design scalable analytics solutions within enterprise data lakes and warehouses, build a single source of truth for capacity data, and automate reporting to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

The ideal candidate has deep Hadoop experience (HDFS, Hive, Impala, YARN), API-driven ETL with PySpark and shell scripting, and

Qualifications

• Deep Hadoop expertise including HDFS, Ozone, Hive, Impala and YARN.
• Proficiency with API-driven ETL pipelines using PySpark and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of object storage architectures (S3/MinIO) and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable analytics solutions within data lakes/warehouses.
• Build a single source of truth for capacity data and automate reporting.
• Analyze resource utilization across Hadoop and cloud platforms and lead PoCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into insights for leadership.
