Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Experis arm is seeking an Application Architect III in Plano, TX to lead data architecture efforts for enterprise solutions. You will define schemas, optimize data access, and extract metadata from Oracle databases to enable GenAI platform integration.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise data architecture, deep Oracle SQL/PL-SQL skills, Python automation experience, and familiarity with data catalogs and CI/CD for databases.

Responsibilities

• Define and document enterprise data schemas, tables, views, and relationships to support GenAI platform integration.
• Design performant data access patterns, including views and materialized views, to optimize natural-language query workloads.
• Extract, validate, and organize technical metadata from Oracle databases using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with business and data SMEs to ensure accurate representation of enterprise process management data.
• Establish metadata standards and support governance, quality, and compliance initiatives for data onboarding.

As an Application Architect III, you will be part of the Data Architecture Department supporting strategic data initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Define and document enterprise data schemas, tables, views, and relationships to support GenAI platform integration.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in advanced SQL, especially Oracle SQL, and a solid understanding of PL/SQL concepts.

• Working knowledge of Python for automation, metadata extraction, and profiling tasks.

• Experience with data catalog or metadata management platforms, Git, and CI/CD practices for database assets.
