Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Solutions Architect in Plano, TX to design scalable analytics within data lakes and warehouses. You will build a single source of truth for capacity data, automate reporting, and optimize resource usage across Hadoop and cloud platforms.

A PoC mindset and cross‑functional collaboration with senior leadership are essential. The role emphasizes hands-on data engineering, modern analytics tools, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Expertise in Hadoop architecture (HDFS, Ozone, Hive, Impala, YARN).
• Ability to develop API-driven ETL pipelines using cURL, PySpark, and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of object storage architectures (S3-compatible platforms, MinIO).
• Experience with Hadoop monitoring tools such as Cloudera Manager, Pepperdata, or Acceldata Pulse.
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Prometheus, Grafana).

Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Enterprise Data Platforms Advanced Analytics team supporting data-driven decision-making initiatives.
