Job summary

Sistema Technologies Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a data integration hub for HHSC IT in Austin, TX. The role focuses on building, validating, and maintaining ETL pipelines, data acquisition, and dimensional modeling using Oracle and Snowflake SQL.

You will work in an agile team, lead efforts, and collaborate with Architects and Data Engineers to ensure robust data designs and performance metrics across multiple sources and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience developing mappings and ETL workflows using Informatica Power Center or IICS.
• 8+ years experience integrating data from multiple sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDF).
• 8+ years designing and developing Snowflake SQL scripts or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analytics or data warehousing projects.
• Proficiency in technical writing and diagramming (Visio/Erwin) and MS Office.
• Experience delivering software platforms across multiple products/units.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and work in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare data security concepts and HIPAA basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile development team through project delivery.
• Acquire data from diverse sources for multiple consumer and analytical uses.
• Develop complex Snowflake SQL scripts to transform data for dimensional models and create views.
• Automate data extraction and transformation using Informatica Power Center or IICS.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design optimal data architectures.
• Verify and validate SQL scripts, Informatica automation, and database views.
