Job summary
Qualtrics is hiring a Senior Program Manager for Data Security & Information Governance to establish and scale enterprise information governance. You will link Legal, Data Operations, and Platform Engineering, building a centralized data access front door and governance capabilities across 18K+ clients.
You will drive a data-catalog-driven strategy, collaborate on RBAC/ABAC controls, and shape data use with privacy-by-design principles while staying ahead of evolving privacy laws and AI use
Qualifications
- Experience establishing data governance programs and catalogs.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA and data licensing.
- Experience with enterprise data governance tools and cloud data ecosystems.
- Ability to translate policy into automated technical controls.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale governance frameworks and tooling across a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Build and manage the Data Front Door intake/triage for data access requests.
- Create a centralized Use Case Repository and Data Marketplace.
- Automate metadata collection, classification, and lineage tracking.
- Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec and Engineering to enforce access controls and policy.
