Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own the data security infrastructure across the company. You will design how sensitive data is classified, protected, and governed, and you will make protecting data the default path for product and engineering teams.

Reporting to the Head of Security, you’ll ship pipelines, define a roadmap for a year out, and secure data connectors for AI tooling with authentication and observability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building security or data infrastructure used by teams.
• Experience in data classification, masking, encryption and key management.
• Ability to set direction and execute with cross-team alignment.
• Clear communication of data-security tradeoffs to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define a year-out vision for data security and build it.
• Implement automated data classification and tagging pipelines.
• Develop field-level masking, tokenization and encryption strategies.
• Secure data paths into AI tooling with auth and observability.
• Build scalable encryption pipelines and key management infrastructure.
