Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science.
• 4+ years of data scientist experience.
• 5+ years of data querying languages (SQL) or scripting languages (Python) or statistical software experience.
• Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression).
• 2+ years of data visualization using tools like AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or R Shiny.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of data science solutions for complex business problems, selecting appropriate ML and statistical methods.
• Build, train, and evaluate ML models (e.g., classification, regression, clustering) using Python, R, SQL; apply advanced techniques including generative AI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings to influence strategy.
• Drive data science best practices, review analyses, data modeling processes, and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and develop other data scientists, share knowledge, and contribute to internal enablement.
