Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 4+ years of data scientist experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or R/SAS/Matlab.
• Experience with multinomial logistic regression or similar statistical models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of data science solutions for complex or ambiguous business problems using appropriate ML and statistical methods.
• Build, train, and evaluate ML models (classification, regression, clustering) using Python, SQL, R, and other tools; apply advanced techniques including generative AI when suitable.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks and communicate findings to influence strategy.
• Drive data science best practices and set standards; review analyses and data models and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and develop other data scientists; share knowledge and contribute to internal enablement through presentations and documentation.
