Qualifications

Master or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
5+ years of experience in data science/analyst or related role.
3+ years of experiences of data sampling, quantitative evaluation and A/B testing.
Strong Python programming skills.
Proficiency in SQL and working with large database.
Excellent communication, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Sample and process large datasets from autonomous driving data to evaluate new software safety performance
Define and develop safety metrics, create data visualizations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and solutions of evaluating self-driving car safety performance using simulation and on-road data
Leading cross-functional projects to build products to enhance safety assessment and risk prediction
