Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in data science/analyst or related role.
• 3+ years of experiences of data sampling, quantitative evaluation and A/B testing.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large database.
• Excellent communication, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sample and process large datasets from autonomous driving data to evaluate new software safety performance
• Define and develop safety metrics, create data visualizations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and solutions of evaluating self-driving car safety performance using simulation and on-road data
• Leading cross-functional projects to build products to enhance safety assessment and risk prediction
