Job summary

You will design end-to-end data solutions, train models, validate performance, and translate complex results for executives, driving financial performance and regulatory compliance across Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science, ML, and analytics.
• Experience with EDA, visualization, and modeling.
• Experience leading or supervising teams is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex results for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and automated data ingestion.
• Build, validate, and productionize ML models for risk adjustment.
• Analyze data to uncover insights for Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop problem statements, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
• Deploy and monitor models in production and ensure performance.
