Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Managerial Consultant VI, Risk Adjustment Strategy to lead cross-functional initiatives advancing enterprise risk adjustment and performance. You will be a strategic advisor to local markets, guiding documentation, coding, data capture and workflow optimization across provider teams.

The role partners with Epic and Kaiser IT, aligns with clinical operations, and develops evaluation frameworks and KPIs to measure the impact of new technologies, aimed at improving care

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor or Master degree with significant experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience in care transformation operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning and builds cross-functional relationships to drive projects forward.
• Drives multiple work streams, translating strategy into actionable requirements and updating procedures.
• Leads stakeholder alignment and manages large, complex programs with cross-functional teams.
