Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts across time zones, delivering client-facing analytics and internal risk adjustment solutions. You will coach, develop, and hands-on contribute to data work, collaborate with stakeholders in customer success and operations, and translate findings into executive-ready content.

This role requires strong SQL, Python, cloud data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks), and experience with Medicare/ACA/Medicaid

Qualifications

Must be able to think critically and solve complex business problems spanning core business functions.
2+ years of leading and managing in a remote environment with accountability for deliverables.
3+ years of experience with Medicare, ACA, Medicaid risk adjustment models.
5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
Strong communication across channels (Slack, email, meetings).
Detail-oriented with high quality work product.

Responsibilities

Set and lead day-to-day work for direct reports with guidance from director and other managers.
Coach and develop analysts, ensuring accuracy of their work.
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders (customer success and operations) to stay at the leading edge of problems.
Stay informed on risk adjustment trends and use knowledge to train the team.
Create internal and external content that communicates analytics results.
Develop analytics processes to maximize efficiency with integrity and quality.
Evaluate technology/data assets to aid in the team’s work.
