The role emphasizes building advanced ML models, evaluating them with experiments, and translating findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of data science, analytics or ML experience.
• Production-level model deployment experience.
• Strong Python or R and SQL skills.
• Experience with regression, clustering and NLP.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment.
• Design, implement, and maintain ML models (regression, clustering, anomaly detection, NLP).
• Write optimized SQL queries for large datasets.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
• Monitor model performance, run A/B tests, and iterate improvements.
• Document workflows and data dictionaries for reproducibility.
• Mentor junior data scientists.
