Medbridge Inc. is a remote-first SaaS company serving healthcare providers across acute, post-acute, and ambulatory settings. We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead production models, framing problems with product and clinical partners and shipping solutions to Snowflake.

You will own end-to-end modeling, validate approaches, monitor models in production, and influence data science practices. Strong Python/SQL, healthcare data experience, and clear communication are essential.

Mansioni

• Own the design, development, validation, and production operation of Medbridge's predictive and risk-adjustment models.
• Set the methodological bar, validate approaches, and document decisions for stakeholders.
• Write production-quality code, versioned and deployed in Snowflake, with reproducible pipelines.
• Estimate impact of products and content on patient outcomes using experiments and observational methods.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and customer-facing teams to ship models.
