Job summary

Doximity is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to leverage our clinician data to build product and client-facing analytics. This remote role within the United States collaborates with product managers, engineers, and analysts to define data projects from ingestion to insights.

You should have 4+ years of experience, strong SQL and Python, and exposure to ML, statistics, and Spark. Excellent storytelling and visualization are essential to communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, Exploratory Data Analysis, and probability.
• Some exposure to machine learning methods (regressors, classifiers).
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python; object-oriented concepts.
• Experience with distributed data processing (e.g., Spark).
• Excellent visualization and storytelling to communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Doximity's datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals.
• Create product and client-facing analytics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts and developers to lead data projects end-to-end.
• Define and execute data team strategy in partnership with product leaders.
