Job summary

Doximity is seeking a Commercial Data Scientist to derive data-driven insights from large healthcare datasets and deliver client-focused analyses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data products and automate processes for reuse, while translating complex findings into actionable business recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in data science, strong stats background, and hands-on ML framework experience (PyTorch / TensorFlow).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional data science experience.
• Experience in data science consulting roles preferred (ZS, Trinity, IQVIA, BlueMatter, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of statistics including exploratory data analysis and experimentation.
• Proven ability to design, train, and evaluate production ML models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver novel insights for client organizations using ML/AI.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform Data, Insights & Strategy, and Sales teams to build client-facing analyses.
• Create data products from scratch and automate code for reuse.
• Model and analyze large healthcare datasets to identify behavioral patterns.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment to exceed client expectations.
