Doximity, the leading clinical AI company with a vast U.S. clinician network, is seeking a Commercial Data Scientist. You will uncover insights with ML/AI, collaborate with product and sales teams, and build reusable data products for client-facing analyses.

You will work remotely within the U.S., applying advanced statistics, distributed processing, and modern ML frameworks to impact healthcare outcomes and client results.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or related roles.
• Experience in data science consulting roles at firms such as ZS, Trinity, IQVIA, BlueMatter, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts — especially EDA, experimental design, and probability theory.
• Ability to design, train, and evaluate large-scale production models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and the ability to write and optimize complex queries across multiple tables.
• Advanced Python skills, including production-grade code design and modern data science libraries.
• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing tools for scalable analysis and model training.
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling abilities to translate insights for stakeholders.
• Curious, fast learner with a passion for data and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver novel and impactful insights for client organizations using ML/AI technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform Data, Insights & Strategy, and Sales teams on client-facing analyses.
• Create reusable data products and automate code for reuse across projects.
• Leverage Doximity's datasets to identify behavioral patterns of clinicians on the platform.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, impact-driven team focused on healthcare outcomes.
