This remote role can be performed anywhere in the continental US or from our Utah office. You will explore data sources, design experiments, and mentor teammates while shaping technical direction for the analytics team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field.
• Master's degree in a quantitative/technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency with R, Python, SQL and ML tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of decision systems and predictive models.
• Explore new data sources to improve model performance.
• Design and run experiments to test algorithms and processes.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to standards.
