Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a hands-on data scientist to design, build, and operate production ML systems that turn revenue opportunities into measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and MLOps teams to integrate models into user-facing features, mentor data scientists, and set best practices for analytics, experimentation, and production ML in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and deploying ML systems to production.
• Strong Python, scikit-learn, PySpark, and causal inference experience.
• Consumer technology B2C experience, ideally with subscriptions or advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on data science to turn revenue opportunities into production ML systems.
• Design, build, and operate production ML systems, including batch and online inference.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and MLOps teams to integrate models into user-facing features.
• Mentor data scientists and set best practices for analytics, experimentation, and production ML.
