Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist for Referrals to measure how referral investments drive member acquisition and long-term value. You will forecast spend, build attribution models, and translate complex analyses into actionable insights for cross-functional leadership.

You will partner with marketing, product, and finance to size campaigns, project ROI, and plan resources. Strong SQL and Python/R, plus dashboarding skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in referral programs or marketing analytics.
• Experience with marketing campaign planning and sizing from business goals.
• Forecasting for marketing/growth channels with uncertainty modeling.
• Experience designing incrementality tests and geo experiments.
• Knowledge of causal inference and attribution concepts.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Experience building dashboards to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Referrals to define KPIs and measurement frameworks across campaigns.
• Size and scope campaigns, translating goals into spend and ROI projections.
• Build forecasting models for member acquisition, cost, and LTV.
• Develop attribution approaches accounting for dual-sided incentives and organic overlap.
• Design geo experiments and holdouts to quantify lift.
• Create dashboards showing spend, CAC, funnels, and LTV by campaign.
• Collaborate on data pipelines and tracking improvements.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for leadership.
